At Custom Tees, we pride ourselves on delivering not just high-quality custom apparel, but also a seamless and dependable order fulfillment experience. From the moment you place your order to the moment your custom products arrive at your door, our focus is on ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and satisfaction at every stage.

Whether you're ordering custom t-shirts, hoodies, caps, or other printed garments for a special event, personal use, business promotion, or gifting, we understand that timely delivery is crucial. That’s why we’ve built our shipping process around clarity, speed, and transparency—backed by a reliable logistics framework and a dedicated support team.

Order Processing & Production Timeline

All orders are fulfilled from our central production facility located at:

1225 E. Crosby Rd., Suite A1, Carrollton, TX 75006

We operate Monday through Saturday, actively processing and producing orders six days a week to minimize wait times and fulfill commitments on schedule.

Every item we sell is custom-made to order, which means we first print your design on the selected garments before initiating the shipping process. This ensures each product is tailored to your specifications and goes through our internal quality control checks prior to dispatch.

In general, we aim to print and deliver all orders within 3 to 5 business days. However, please note that this timeframe is subject to variation depending on the size of your order and the complexity of the printing work involved. Bulk orders or those requiring intricate designs may take additional time for preparation before shipping. We appreciate your understanding and recommend ordering ahead of deadlines whenever possible.

Rush Order Policy

For customers with urgent needs, we offer Rush Order Processing. To qualify for same-day processing, your order must be confirmed by phone at (972) 900-3575 before our daily cut-off time of 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Any rush orders placed or confirmed after this cut-off will be scheduled for processing on the following business day.

Rush processing allows us to prioritize your order in our production queue, ensuring you meet tight timelines—ideal for last-minute events, pop-up promotions, or unexpected changes.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your custom items are printed, our shipping team promptly prepares your package for dispatch. We have partnered exclusively with UPS for all shipping services. UPS offers:

  • Dependable delivery timelines
  • Real-time tracking updates
  • Professional handling of all packages

You will receive a UPS tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real-time and make any necessary arrangements.

Delivery Timeframe: Our standard delivery window is typically within 3 to 5 business days from the time of shipping. However, external factors such as severe weather, holidays, or regional service disruptions may occasionally affect these timelines.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $200 or more, excluding taxes and discounts. For orders below this amount, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, quantity, and destination. We believe in fair pricing, and all shipping costs will be made transparent to you before finalizing your purchase.
