Return & Exchange Policy – Custom Tees

At Custom Tees, every item we produce is uniquely crafted and custom-printed according to your specific design preferences. Because all of our products are made to order, we place the highest importance on precision, quality, and satisfaction throughout the production process. Our return and exchange policy is built to be fair, transparent, and supportive in the rare event something goes wrong with your order.

Non-Returnable Items Due to Customization

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after the order is placed
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Design or artwork errors submitted during the ordering process (e.g., typos, low-resolution images, incorrect logos)

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review design previews, size charts, and customization details before finalizing their order. The responsibility for final approval lies with the customer at the time of submission, and we produce items based strictly on those submitted specifications.

Returnable Cases

While most custom orders are final, we are committed to correcting any issue that arises due to a production or fulfillment error on our end. You may be eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • The item you received is defective, damaged, or misprinted
  • You received the wrong item or size (different from what was ordered)
  • The product was damaged during shipping

To qualify, you must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please email our customer support team at info@customteesdfw.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A brief but clear description of the issue
  • High-resolution photos of the item, showing the defect, damage, or error

Our team will review your request promptly. If your claim is approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will either:

  • Send a corrected replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method — based on your preference

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original packaging
  • Free from signs of wear, stains, or damage caused after delivery

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet these criteria.
