Embroidery Process

The Embroidery Process

Embroidery can be a complex process, with a lot of different steps involved, from making sure you pick the right garment to making sure your logo is ready for embroidery and converting it into a format that the embroidery machine can read. But don’t worry, as we’ll be with you every step of the way to make it an easy process!

1. Price Quote

Send us your logo for embroidery, along with what type of item you need embroidered, such as hats or polo shirts, and how many you need of each item, and we will quote you a price based on that information. If you’re unsure of what kind of item you need, we can also send you a catalog to choose from.

2. Artwork Proof

After the order is placed, we will send you an artwork proof showing the approximate size and placement of your design on the garment of your choice. You must approve of this artwork proof before we can proceed with the order.

3. Digitizing Your Logo

There is a one-time $25 digitizing fee to prepare your logo for embroidery. You can learn more about digitizing here , but it’s basically the process of converting your logo into a file that our embroidery machine can read.

4. Production and Completion

Once we receive your approval and payment for the order, we can begin production on your order. Typically we can have your order ready 3-5 business days after you’ve made the payment and approved of the artwork proof.
