Embroidery Digitizing

What is Digitizing?

Embroidery machines are complex pieces of equipment. They don’t deal with standard image files like JPEGs or PNGs or even vector files. Embroidery machines require specialized files that contain digital instructions on how the machine should stitch your logo into the fabric of your choice. Digitizing is the process of converting your design into a format that an embroidery machine can read.

One-Time Digitizing Fee

There is a one-time digitizing fee of $25 per design. By “one-time” we mean that we will save your digitized design and if you ever want to re-order embroidery of a design that you’ve previously ordered, you won’t have to pay for the digitizing again, as long as the design is the same. If the design needs to be changed, the it must be re-digitized, and the digitizing fee will apply again.

If you have a large or complex design, there will be additional digitizing charges.

For items of 20 or more, we can waive the digitizing fee.
